CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, 28 February 2012, at 6pm at the Earle Mountain Room, Eastham Town Hall, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 (Wetland Protection Act) and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:

Presentation by Charles Harris of the Eastham Water Management Committee.

Notice of Intent filed by Robert Maier. Applicant proposes installation of a full foundation, shed removal, and construction of additions at property located at 3 West Shore Drive, Map 7A, Parcel 3.  

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Bob Fair and Sandy Meyer. Applicants propose second floor addition to dwelling at property located at 160 Meetinghouse Road, Map 12, Parcel 2948.

Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Lynn Newlove. Applicant proposes beach sand nourishment at property located at 45 West Road, Map 4, Parcel 535.

Certificate of Compliance filed by Alfred and Jo-Ann Schubert for DEP SE 19-889. Project included driveway installation and vegetation removal at property located at 520 Dyer Prince Road, Map 19, Parcel 43B.

Administrative Review filed by Eileen Mandanici. Applicant proposes 400  cubic yards of sand nourishment and installation of sand drift fence at property located at 31 Longstreet Lane.

Request for Extension permit filed by Paul Pazniokas, 50 Bay Shore Lane. DEP SE 19-1354.

Administrative Review filed by Paul Pazniokas. Applicant proposes relocation of sand drift fencing at property located at 50 Bay Shore Lane.

Administrative Review Filed by Eastham DPW. Applicant proposes poison ivy and invasive spieces management at Wiley Park with the use of goats.
